Terms of Service

Last updated 17 August 2026. These terms cover your use of MuseWick, at musewick.com. Using the service means accepting them.

Who you are dealing with

MuseWick is operated by Maryia Naskevich, an individual based in Poland, reachable at marianaskevich@gmail.com.

What the service does

MuseWick writes short vertical videos: it picks or takes a subject, writes a script, narrates it, generates the images for each scene, burns captions and assembles a video file. A series repeats that on a schedule you choose.

Everything in a video is generated. Nothing is taken from anyone else’s channel, and no stock footage of identifiable people is used.

Your account

Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with. One person, one account; do not share access.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Payments are handled by Polar, which is the merchant of record for every purchase. Polar is the seller for the transaction, collects payment, and handles sales tax and VAT. Polar’s terms govern the purchase itself, and you will have accepted them at checkout.

A plan buys how often one series posts. Running more than one series at a time costs one subscription per series. Setting a series up costs nothing; starting it posting is what costs. The current prices and cadences are on the pricing page and are what you agreed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; cancelling stops the next charge and the service continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Polar under its refund policy. If MuseWick fails to deliver what a period was paid for, write to the address above.

The free video is one video, kept for good. It is a sample, not a trial that refills, and it carries the MuseWick mark.

What you may and may not do

You may publish the videos you make, including for money. You may not:

  • use MuseWick to make material that is illegal where you are or where you publish;
  • impersonate a real person or organisation, or present a generated video as a record of something that happened;
  • generate sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence or hatred, or harassment of a specific person;
  • break the rules of the platforms you publish to;
  • resell or repackage the service itself as your own product, or work around its limits by automation.

The content policy sets this out in full, and it forms part of these terms.

Who owns what

The videos you make are yours. You may use, edit, publish and monetise them, and that survives cancelling your subscription — videos already made stay yours.

MuseWick keeps ownership of the service itself: the software, the site and the name. Nothing here gives you a licence to those.

Generated material may resemble other generated material. MuseWick does not claim that any video is unique or that it can be registered as an original work, and copyright in AI-generated output is unsettled in many countries.

What is not promised

MuseWick is provided as it is. Nothing here promises that a video will perform, that a channel will grow, that a platform will accept a post, or that generated facts are correct. The scripts are written by a language model and are asked to be accurate; they are not verified by a person. Check anything you would not want to publish wrong.

The service depends on suppliers whose models and prices change. Output will change with them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MuseWick’s liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before it arose. It is not liable for lost revenue, lost audience, or the consequences of anything you publish. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud — and if you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending it

You may stop at any time by cancelling and, if you want, deleting your account. MuseWick may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the content policy, and will say why.

Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

Changes

When these terms change the date at the top changes with them. Material changes are told to account holders by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
