• Something is broken, or a video came out wrong. Send the link to the video if you have one — it lets the exact run be looked at.
• Billing, cancelling or a refund. Payments are handled by Polar, the merchant of record, so cancelling and refunds are done from your Polar billing page. Write here if that does not resolve it.
• Your data. A copy of it, a correction, or deletion — see the privacy policy. Answered within 30 days.
• Reporting a video. See the content policy.

How long it takes

Most things within two working days. Requests about your personal data within 30 days, which is the limit the GDPR sets.
